the hotel is super nice, really friendly staff that make u feel welcomed. we loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, perfect spot to relax. our room was spacious with cool little touches like free soft drinks and snacks. breakfast was yummy and made with local suppliers, which is cool. the grounds are really pretty with nice views.

Booked the 'Gourmet Getaway' and got the Shakespeare room. The bathroom looked beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the complimentary soft drinks and cookies. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub with stunning views of Dedham Vale. Dinner at Le Talbooth was fantastic with great chauffeur service to take us back and forth. Breakfast had local suppliers listed, which added a nice touch. On the downside, some aspects of service were lacking. Missing clarity on breakfast arrangements caused confusion. Ordered a cooked breakfast but ended up waiting too long and being redirected to another location. Facilities like the pool were unavailable in the morning due to cleaning. I enjoyed many aspects but found the customer service could improve significantly for a truly memorable stay.
